Lead module overview

Instead of creation a separate Model for a very case when we collect visitor’s data, we created and used Lead Model.

We still keep old deprecated models like \App\Modules\Lead\Models\GuestDownloader that currently replaced by Lead: this is a subject for refactoring.

Leads usually used by AudienceDefinition and MassMailing modules.
