Webhooks Stripe

Payment gateways can send webhook events that notify our application any time an event happens on our accounts. This is especially useful for events—like disputed charges and recurring billing events—that are not triggered by a direct API request. This mechanism is also useful for services that are not directly responsible for making an API request, but still need to know the response from that request.

charge.succeeded

Occurs whenever a charge is successful.

We listen to this webhook event to complete a successful transaction and fulfill order.

charge.dispute.created

Occurs whenever a customer disputes a charge with their bank.

You can check all Stripe disputes that need a response on the Stripe Dashboard.

charge.dispute.funds_withdrawn

Occurs when funds are removed from account due to a dispute.

Right after a dispute is created (see charge.dispute.created webhook event) Stripe withdraws disputed funds from IxDF's account. In case of our win — Stripe will return these funds to IxDF's account.

You can check all Stripe disputes that need a response on the Stripe Dashboard.

charge.dispute.updated

Occurs when the dispute is updated (usually with evidence).

You can check all Stripe disputes that need a response on the Stripe Dashboard.

payout.failed

Occurs whenever a payout attempt fails.

Payouts failures can occur when the bank account can't receive a payout for any reason. In that case, the bank sends the funds back to IxDF's account.

You can check all Payout failures on the Stripe Dashboard. Please make sure to select the proper account stripe_denmark or stripe_usa.
