Purpose

Monthly meetings are crucial for ensuring the team stays aligned, motivated, and productive.

They are also a great place to build middle-term plans, review progress, and make principle decisions.

Process

Review the past months:

• What went well?
• What went poorly? (we will try to find a solution together)
• What do you personally miss?
• Share special thanks to your colleagues to help you this month
• Share your 🟥 🟧 🟩 RAG (Red, Amber, Green) status for the past month
