Runbooks overview

This directory contains a list of runbooks. One file—one runbook.

In the context of alerting, a runbook contains standard procedures and operations typically used by system administrators, network operations staff, and other personnel (in our case - Support Engineers) to handle outages, alert incidents, and other situations.

In our case, links to these instructions are used by NewRelic Alerts.
