Onboarding Team Lead guide

NOTE

This is a guide for TeamLeads. Onboarding Buddy has its own Onboarding Buddy guide.

Checklist

1. Nominate an Onboarding Buddy to support the new hire throughout their onboarding journey and share the Onboarding Buddy Playbook with them, located in the “IxDF - PeopleAndCulture - Onboarding” folder.
2. Create an Onboarding Roadmap in Asana, using the Onboarding Roadmap template, assign all tasks to the new hire and process access to the project to the Onboarding Buddy.
3. Work with the Onboarding Buddy to finalize the team-specific onboarding tasks and update the Onboarding Roadmap accordingly, so everything is crystal clear and easy to follow from Day 1.
